I had a duplicate QSO from II2S in my inbox with the wrong time on it. There was no reject button available for some reason. I accepted it in the hopes that I would then be able to delete it from the archive or logbook. (II2S has submitted, and I have confirmed the QSO with the correct time). . DXKeeper is now always reporting the error when it syncs with eQSL. How do I get the incorrect QSO deleted?

The reason there was no option to reject is because the QSO was confirmed via an ADIF upload from you on 2014-03-05. Not sure why he sent you two, he made a mistake obviously.
To fix, find the matching entry in your outbox, press the edit button, and then the delete button.
Once you have done that, you will find both the entries from him will have the option to confirm or reject. Reject the one with the bad time, and then confirm the other one.
