Hello,
I'm trying to log my QSOs from Aether Logger on the Mac. The problem lies in the fact that my username and password do not work on eQSL.cc, only eQSL.net. I have tried the retrieve password feature on ".cc" and it returns my password from .net as I would expect, but attempts to log in to eQSL.cc result in a bad password error.
I would appreciate any help as I'd like to update eQSL directly from Aether.
Thanks

The proper URL to use is eQSL.cc, not eQSL.net, although they both point at the same server.
I just experimented here and logged into eQSL.net, same login and password as eQSL.cc, which is to be expected, same machine.
Also, when I check your account I see uploads into it via Aether??

Thank you for your reply. I went and changed my password via eqsl.net and then I was able to log in. Perhaps a glitch occurred when I originally created it and it wasn't being transferred properly to the .cc side. I still had problems with logging in with Aether however. I got in contact with their support and learned how to make a debugging log file. When I examined that it turned out Aether was not handling special characters in my password well and was putting the hexadecimal equivalent in their place which of course eqsl.cc was having none of. This represents a bug in the Aether system. I changed my password to something without weird characters and now it works as advertised. The previous Aether logs were most likely from ADIF files that I manually uploaded. I thought a detailed description of my course here was in order as it may help someone else that may encounter this issue.
Thanks again and 73!
