I tried to add my old callsign KB3MCW to my new account N3RCA but the system will not let me.
what do I need to do to migrate the old to the new?

Log into your old account and change the email address so that it is the same as your new account.

Then, log into your new account and go to the "My Accounts" screen, http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/MyAccounts.cfm

You will see that old account as one you can attach in the middle section, "Attach other accounts to this account".
