trying to upload adi log file. Status shows start step 2 but ends at step 3, no step 4. What am I doing wrong?

Looks ok at this end, your last upload was 26 records, 11 rejected because of duplicates, 15 written to your outbox. If you check your outbox you should see them there.

For files that small you don't need to use the background uploader, you can use the foreground one, that gives you a bit more information.
