Hello. I configured my HRD logbook to upload my logs to eQSL but when I upload, I get an error saying no match on username / password. Same is true with DXKeeper.

Your username is your callsign, you need to configure that callsign and your password in HRD before you can do the upload. If you have more than one account with the same callsign, you will also need to use the "QTH Nickname" parameter, if you only have one account "Nickname" can be left blank.

The only time you will get that error message is if you have misconfigured either your callsign or password (or nickname) in the logging program before you do the upload.

David,

Yes, I did configured my username and password (mycallsign and password in eqsl) in HRD and DXkeeper before clicking upload. I did checked and double checked my username and password but still geting the error messages. I only have only 1 account.

Ok, I can't help you with DXKeeper, I have no experience with that program. All I can tell you is that there are many users here using DXKeeper to upload their contacts here.

I use HRD here. Double check that you have your password correct, zero it right out and reenter it to be sure. If you only have one account you can blank out that QTH Nickname field. Make sure you do NOT have the use eQSL test account box checked.
