I have a eQSL from Nov. 2012. It is not in my "Archive" file, but it is in the file that shows all my QSL's. I have two questions, perhaps should have made two different posts?
#1 Why do I have many QSl's in my log file, but only a small number in the Archive file? My archive file contains only 39 entries, but I have approx 145 total QSL's in the file that opens when I press LOG/OUTBOX button? I am doing something wrong when viewing, etc. that causes some to be archived and some not?
#2 How can I have an older QSL, from Nov. 2012, printed and mailed to me? When I view the QSL record it shows in my "log", but is not in my archive file, and does not have a "Mail" option (to print/mail it to me)...the QSL's in the archive portion all have a button for "Mail", which gets grayed out after I have the card printed/mailed to myself.
If a QSL is in the file that I access by pressing the LOG/OUTBOX button, but it is not in the Archive section (and nothing is in the "Inbox") does that mean it was never confirmed by the other station?
Thank you for your time and assistance.

The outbox contains all of the eQSLs you have sent, either by uploading log files, manually entering, or manually confirming.
Your inbox/archive contains the eQSLs that other users have sent you.
You asked: "If a QSL is in the file that I access by pressing the LOG/OUTBOX button, but it is not in the Archive section (and nothing is in the "Inbox") does that mean it was never confirmed by the other station?"
Yes, this is correct.
