I have recently attained over 300 epfx so downloaded the certificate, only to find when i read it, that it was for 360 prefixes,not thye amount i had attained, and on perusal of the date it states October 2012

Looks like you applied and were approved for it on October 2012, with 360 credits. The 360 credits will have been from when you had those other accounts attached to your own account; credits from all attached accounts combine for awards.
