Hello, I have a question to ask, some QSL were confirmed in InBox not appear in Archive, among other new countries. Anyone can help me, thanks.

Ok me give an example.
I received four QSL confirming A65DF of plays as SWL, I downloaded the QSL and I sent in "Archive" by check and click on the appropriate button. I'm going to look in the archives but the QSL are not present, while in "Log / Outbox" are marked as received / viewed / stored IT2021SWL Claudio Tagliabue |

The only time you will see an eQSL in your inbox is if someone sends you one.
I checked the database, I see that you have sent him four eQSLs, which he has viewed and archived, however he has not sent you any. He needs to confirm the SWL reports you sent him before they will show up in your inbox. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |

Not exact, A65DF to sent me the qsl of 7/20/15 13:35 UTC, I have downloaded and I keep it on my PC.

In that case, the only explanation is he deleted it from his outbox, there is no eQSL in the system from him to you. I have no idea why he would do that!
