What would be the cause of a confirmed QSL not showing up in my WAS standings? The log entry is there, the QSL is there, for all intents it looks like a valid and confirmed log entry. Insights?

It doesn't appear so. Why does this matter?

The AG program was started specifically for the awards program. Anyone can create an account here, AG prevents identity theft and pirates. From the AG page:

"If we do not verify your identity, someone else could claim to be you. So we need a way to allow you to prove who you are.
.... That is our certification that we believe that any eQSLs bearing your callsign were in fact posted on our system by the authorized licensee of that callsign."
