I live and work on the road. My mailing address is in Sarasota FL, but I'm never there.

I'll need /p and /m accounts and I figured out how to do the dates and QTH change for them (yet to make QSO to log, so I don't know about that next step yet.)

What do I do about the address?

For example: I have a /p account set up for Tangipahoa Parish (Tangi-2015) and I have the zones all set for Hammond Louisiana, and I kept the Sarasota Florida PO BOX the same in the address field. Will there be confusion or error if the zones and address don't match?

You see, I don't get mail sent to the QTH, in fact I'll probably have to make some more accounts for the time I'm in Louisiana for some other QTH I plan on working.

Am I doing this correctly?

Mailing address is not important, that can be your home QTH. The important part is the QTH info for where you were operating, state, county, grid, etc.

Sounds like you are on the right track, important thing is you can't have overlapping dates for accounts that have the same callsign.
