I cannot find an ADIF file to upload using the 'browse' button on UPLOAD page. All entries show when viewing incoming and outgoing qsl's.

The "upload" page is used when you want to upload an ADIF file that is on your local computer to the eQSL site. So, the browse button is just allowing you to select the ADIF file from your local computer that you want to upload.
