Is something wrong with the "Inbox"? When I click on my Inbox, it shows I have new cards, but none are in there. Even when I get cards, after I look at them and exit the inbox, when I go back in, it still shows I have "new cards' when none are there. Is there a "reset" for the flag for new cards?

Then "Inbox" folder is not blinking, but if you look inside it, the "New Cards" with the Air Mail sticker is all lit up like I have new cards, but when you click on it, there are none there. It's like the flag indicating new mail is stuck on.

Ok, you are using the 4G homepage. That is just the icon used for the inbox, it is telling you that any new cards will be found in that folder.

Well that's strange. I have been using eQSL for over a year and have always used the same 4G homepage and it has NEVER looked like this before. Before it would say something like "no new cards" when I clicked on the inbox. Now it says "New Cards" and has an airmail sticker on the envelope just like I have new cards, but there are none there. Thank you . Maybe it will fix itself eventually.

I heard back from the webmaster, as I suspected the airmail sticker is a permanent part of that graphic.

Undoubtedly you're not understanding what my problem is. I KNOW the airmail sticer is a permanent part of the graphic when you have new cards.

BEFORE, when I didn't have any cards, if I clicked on the inbox, the graphic inside would be an empty envelope and would say "Empty" or something to that effect and when I did have cards, the graphic that I always see now would be displayed, an envelope that said "New Cards" with the airmail sticker.

NOW, no matter whether I have new cards or not, when I click on the end box, it ALWAYS appears as though I have new cards because it always has the "New Cards" graphic.

Follow me? There were two different graphics. One with an empty envelop (when you didn't have cards) and one with the airmail sticker (when you did have cards).

Anyway, I'll just live with it like it is. Thanks for checking. Maybe someone else will report it.

Nope, I understood you perfectly seeing as I am not stupid and have a reasonable grasp of the English language.

Problem is I had never used that 4G page until I switched over to try and duplicate what you were seeing, and of course didn't know what it looked like before.

Turns out that feature (showing empty when there were no new cards) got broken when the webmaster made another change to that page.

Try now please, it should be fixed.
