I would like to propose for consideration and e Work Africa Award.
Africa comprises 54 countries which includes the islands, Mauritius, Sao Tome and Principe, Comoros, Seychelles, Cabo Verde and Madagascar. If one excludes the islands then there are a total of 48 independent states on the continent proper. To qualify for the award contacts with AG stations in 24 African countries as per DXCC needs to be made with the islands excluded from consideration. Regards Andre ZS1JEN Andre le Roux |

Perhaps to further clarify, the award could be called eAfrica ( has a local ring to it)
 and follow the approach taking for eEurope (mixed, CW etc) with the required DXCC entities being a minimum of 24 and exclude the islands.Regards Andre ZS1JEN Andre le Roux |
