Dear eQSL Members,
I became a member of eQSL about a month ago. In my profile, my QTH start date is May 2, 2009 and end date is July 28, 2019. Up until November 2013, I see lots and lots of inbound eQSL listings (as I am a pretty active ham and participate in lots of contests). However, no matter how I search in the Query Tool, the very last eQSL in the database is from November 2013. That's years ago.
I looked through the various FAQs and Forum postings -- but cannot figure out why not a single one of my hundreds (or thousands) of QSOs since November 2013 appear in eQSL. What am I missing?
I've been trying to figure this out for an entire week, but I am stuck. I would greatly appreciate any ideas and advice.
Thank you, in advance, for your assistance!

I only see 79 eQSLs total in your inbox, and none in your outbox, so you can't be that active?
I do see recent one there, march 2016.

Hi Dave. Thank you -- so much -- for the quick response.
Well, I think I am pretty active. For instance, just two days ago I came back from a really successful DXpedition in St. Kitts, but I was operating under a different call: V4/KB1EHE. I am not sure how that would work with my current call (KB1EHE) here on eQSL. (I haven't looked into that yet.)
And, in general, I do stay fairly active. For instance, I did (as I do most years) the Sweepstakes contest (phone) the third weekend of this past November. I had many contacts during the weekend event, so I would have guessed at least a few would have QSLed via eQSL. But I don't see even one.
As I mentioned, I only registered to eQSL over the last month. I'm still figuring things out -- hence why there is nothing in my outbox. (I want to make sure I learn and do things correctly from the start.) But I did expect -- unless I am using the service wrong -- that I would have had a whole bunch of QSLs in my inbox from my regular on-air activities, the various contests I operate, etc., etc. But, as I said, I don't see anything -- not a single QSL -- since 2013. (That is, other than the single one from March 2016 that you spotted; it wasn't there last night when I wrote my initial post.) And I've been operating with my current call (KB1EHE) for many years. (For general reference, I have been a ham since 1974.)
I hope the above provides some additional clues. Thank you, again, for your assistance and advice. I look forward to using and contributing to eQSL.

Hi Eric, Sorry, I missed the part where you just registered last month. Contests typically do not generate many eQSLs, not sure why that is, but I've seen the same here; return from contests is always poor. When I check the database I see 20 eQSLs addressed to V4/KB1EHE. In order to retrieve these you will need to make a new, attached account for V4/KB1EHE. You do that via the My Accounts screen, here: http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/MyAccounts.cfmAt the bottom you will see where you can register a new, attached account. Change the callsign to be V4/KB1EHE, put in the dates of operation and the QTH info, and press the create new button. 73, Dave - VA3KAB

Hi again, Dave. Thank you for the advice.
I just created the new attached account for St. Kitts. Worked perfectly! Thank you for the fine instructions.
I do see the 20 new QSLs from my DXpedtion. Excellent.
I'll keep reading through the forums and general instructions. I look forward to be a contributing member of this fine service.
Again, my appreciation for your help. Have a great day.
