I have a confirmed eQSL with an AG user, but the awards system put this QSO into the wrong state - it lists him in NC whereas QRZ and the FCC system both report him in WV (a state I need). Is there any way to fix this?

At the top of this page you will see a "Help!" link.
Click on that link to send an email to the support team. Tell us the callsign of the station, and also the QSO date. It is possible he has moved and didn't create a new account for the new QTH, but I won't know until you send us that information. 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
