I am setting up a logging program and it is asking for my username and password. On my eQSL profile page there is nothing that says username. I used what is shown after "name" but that did not work. Is the "name" on the profile page the username or is the username somewhere else and if so where. I put the name in the logging software where it says username but the logging program shows an error and says the username or password is wrong. Can someone please help me?

The username it is asking for is your callsign.
