The popup window for the CQ DX Award states "Currently the way to apply for this award is to PRINT your eQSLs and submit them along with your application, and the awards manager will verify them here in our data base...." What exactly is to be printed from eQSL website for submission to CQ? I have several hundred eQSLs. Thanks

That information is old, they no longer require a hardcopy printout. After submitting your electronic application you need to contact the CQ awards manager via email, you can find the email address of the manager you need here: http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_contact.html , look down that page for the Awards Manager section.
