You are using a style 3 card, which assumes callsign, qth info, name, etc. are already on the graphic you upload. All eQSL adds to the card is QSO info.
Problem is the graphic you selected is just a plain yellow background. For eQSL to add callsign etc., select card styles 1, 2, or 4.

Hi David, I set up my card many years ago with a picture of the houses in an English village. The card has been used for hundreds (perhaps thousands of my contacts) but has now disappeared and I am left with the blank card. My question is how can I get my card back?? I could ask why has it disappeared but that is less important, I just want it back in my profile. Thanks Cliff

Ok, I understand you now.
I see no evidence of it in the system, did you overwrite the image by mistake? Or, maybe you let your membership lapse and then went in to edit your card while at the regular membership level?
Either way, all you can do at this point is to upload a new graphic, the old one is no longer in the system.
