I funded my account for $1.00 for my contact with FT4JA and directed a donation. The yellow triangle disappeared and the contact moved from the inbox to archive where I am able to display the qsl card. BUT the contact does not sync with my DXkeeper as has all the other contacts. What to do to achieve the sync?

The $1.00 charge initially appeared as pending in my bank account as a PayPal charge. Now is has disappeared.
PayPal shows it as a payment. What is happening?
Thanks

Everything looks ok at this end, I see you made the payment and then transferred it to Juan de Nova FT4JA.

Not sure what you mean by "contact does not sync with my DXkeeper", I don't use that logger here. What does that operation do?

Thanks David. There is a sync eQSLl tab in DXKeeper which conforms the log entries to eQSL records. Althought the JT4JA entries in the eQSL site appear normal, the QSL online window in my log doew not show a received date for JT4JA as is the case for the other qso's that are entered. And in the image download window the message is "cannot obtain image: This QSO has not been confirmed via eQSL.cc"
BTW the $1.00 charge is now back as a debit in my cc account.

Ok Mel, thanks for the info! I have passed it along to the webmaster, hopefully he will be able to sort it out. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from him.

Dave, I entered the confirmation into DXKeeper manually and it is now OK including the image download.
Thanks for all your help.

Thanks for letting me know that there is a manual solution, Mel, I'll keep that in mind if someone else comes across the same problem.

I haven't heard back from the webmaster yet, hopefully he will be able to come up with a solution so that it will work automatically the next time we do this with a DXpedition, assuming there is a next time of course :)
