I've downloaded an ADIF file. It got as far as "Step 3 ended" . . . but that's as far as it got. What happened to Step 4 (noting that the upload hasn't finished until "Step 4 ended" is shown).

Looks like you are trying to upload contacts that are already in the system.
When I check your account I see you have uploaded 9839 eQSLs dated 01-Jan-1996 to 17-May-2016. You will see them in your outbox: http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/OutBoxSelector.cfm 73, Dave - VA3KAB |
