I use Logger32 for my logbook. It has the capability of synchronizing eQSL's that have been received. This is done by pointing to a file in ADIF format that contains confirmed QSO's. I haven't figured out how export confirmed QSO's from eQSL

The link to download your received eQSLs in ADIF format is at the bottom of both the inbox and the archive pages.
