What is the correct procedure to upload an MSK144 QSO?

I'm not familiar with that mode and it is not part of the ADIF specification (http://adif.org/304/ADIF_304.htm#Mode_Enumeration)

is it new?

Yes this is a new mode being used mostly on VHF for meteor scatter. It looks to me that is will probably replace or at least supplement FSK441.

The policy here is to add new modes after they have been added to the specification by the ADIF committee, we try and remain ADIF compliant as do most if not all logging programs.

I think the author of the mode needs to contact them to request it to be added? Not 100% sure about that.

With LOTW you can set it so that a mode like MSK144 gets uploaded as DATA. I thought maybe such a method was available here.
