New to eqsl so I know I have some learning to do but, I have noticed
that all of the eqsl cards I have placed in my outbox are still there.

Do I have to do something to send these to their perspective members or if not,
how / when are they sent and, will I get notification that they were delivered?

All contacts you see in your outbox are also in the recipients inbox. This happens instantly as soon as you upload your log.
