i need to change the background for the qso details to white. how should i do it? been trying for an hour now.

I had a look at your card, what I would recommend is that you change the text colour of the QSO details to be black instead of grey, that will really make it stand out.

Hi Dave,
I had been playing around with the text color, but it does not seem to change it. it is still barely readable.

I see you have changed it to be red. Looks better than before, and I have no problem reading it here. You could also experiment with the font and the size.
On my card I use font Tahoma, size 9, and colour black for the QSO details.
