I recently changed calls and shortly thereafter, joined eQSL. I uploaded my log but mistakenly included some entries for my old call sign. Realizing my mistake I went to the outbox and deleted all records for the date range affected however, 11 records for this old call sign were retrieved by the contacted station before my delete.

I attempted to generate a linked account for the old call sign to reupload the records correctly, however since the 11 retrieved records were not deleted they block the date range, and it appears that the system will not permit deletion of a record that has been retrieved.

Hopefully, an administrator can manually delete these records for the date range. Please contact me by e-mail for dates affected.
