My inbox always shows 1 more eQSL that I have. If it shows 6 then only 5 appear.

It's difficult to find the reason, you have 4559 UNCONFIRMED qso's in your archive and the reason is certainly there.
Archive and inbox certainly share a QSO in an intermediate state, not really transfered from inbox to archive ?
