I have 2 profiles in e-qsl, I am not able t0 download qsl information from my new profile, which is the main now. It says no QSO found but I have a few in my archive box. Sending eqsl automatically is working well. Any idea? Thanks

HI,
I don't know log4OM, I'm using Swisslog , but I guess there are settings for eQSL : - callsign - password - Nickname you have two of them Home (primary, default account) and HOME1 Check the nickname setting........case-sensitive ! Hello settings checked, it's not working. It works for the previous nickname (HOME1) but not for the new one. It says I have no QSO recorded, which is not the case. Another issue, when I log in the old nickname is loaded, not the new one which has been defined as the principal.
Would it be possible to merge all qso from Home into HOME1 as both are the same QTH ? It's just that when I discovered e-qsl I unfortunately created a new nickname but do not need it as they are both the same QTH. Thanks 73 Remy HB9GVJ REMY WENGER |

Issue solved, it seems I had not setup the same password om both profiles.
