The wsjtx log (wsjtx_log.adi) does not upload automatically, with wsjtx alone...
You need to install JTalert for intance, or have a UDP link with your logger, which eventually uploads in real-time.
The wjtx log conforms to the expected eQSL format, for instance :

You normally don't need any program to check or correct your qso records.
But there's a very useful tool named "ADIF Master"
