I am new to eQSL. I believe I have most of the functions set up for proper electronic QSLing. I will mention my setup below.
I use both WSJT-X and JT Alerter. These two programs feed into the DXLab Suite. To the best of my knowledge DXKeeper feeds into eQSL, LoTW and ClubLog. I can see the number of QSLs automatically increase after each radio session.
First question: Is there anything special I need to do with eQSL? Is everything automatically completed in the “Inbox” and “Outbox”” Do I need to accept each QSL as they comes in?
Second question: Is there a way to save the eQSL cards to my hard drive or USB drive? If so, can I have them automatically downloaded?
I am a hands on guy, so instructions can be a barrier to me. If anybody can detect something I am missing in my narrative above, please let me know.
Thank you and 73.

1)
If DxKeeper synchs everything, you just have to look at your inbox, now and then, to reject what is not confirmed, not in your log (red/green buttons)...and archive all the rest, the confirmed QSO's
2) a lot of loggers do that if yours doen't, but not all properly, that is respecting a pause between each picture, and allowing you to set a date range not to overload the eQSL server
correction : I looked at DxKeeper, just out of curiousity, I don't use it, and I found this "download eQSL's" function : QSL tab, eQSL operations, download images
