When trying to connect, I am getting:

"Your connection is not private...
This server could not prove that it is www.eqsl.cc; its security certificate expired in the last day."

I can get to the site if I click through the scary warnings, so Imagine that you do have an expired cert.

Yes, that's it : expired site certificate, the system admin has been advised
It should be solved in the next hours.
Meanwhile, you can ignore the warnings or drop the "s" in https (http:// instead)
the site is perfectly secure
