When trying to upload my file from HRD it uploads the entire file but logs 0 entries. Looking at the error file this is what is displayed:

Error in Uploaded Log File
YYYYMMDD=20200322 12:26 DATE/TIME outside profile - Login to different account

Nothing in the account or method has changed.

Please help
