I made a contact with M0TAZ 23.5.2020. I already got a card from him but in my outbox is displayed as unknown user. Whats the problem?

THe problem is his account end date !

Not clear for me. Date and time is the same. His account should be OK, I already got his card through eQSL. Any idea?
