As you can see on the forum home page : Note that we do not monitor these forums in real-time. All our support members are volunteers and try to answer questions here in their spare time. If you have a question that needs a quick answer that you cannot find here, please use the Contact Us link on the main eQSL pages. The forum is rather a place to discuss between members... Most of the time, we can only spend a few minutes to reply on the support-line... we are volunteers ! Now and then, we check the forum. It shows above that I am in forum---support. I am well aware of the message that was posted at the top of the page. Thanks for the help. The contact procedures here are just very confusing. I posted it in the forum that said support, then English support....was that not right?
