I looked at your eDX100 standings, for me they seem OK, 115 credits... greyed out ? no, a black font, white background........???? I'm a Silver member. I can click on Standings on the awards page, but the results are grayed out, meaning you can't click on the button. So, in essence, I may be adding to my credits, but I can't see the results.

I'm not sure that I understand the issue
When you click on standings, you have the list of your award credits, there is nothing more to click inside, no other button to click on, just your qso's....
You say they are greyed out, I see them with a normal black font and a normal white background.....????
In your screenshot, you are still in the main award page, before clicking on "standings"
I'd like to see what you get after clicking...........

On the right side of the "standings" is the <---check standings button. This is the one grayed out. I can't click on it. I can click on the left button which says 'standings'. Yes, when I click on that button, it brings up the list. Just not the "<----check standings? button.

"check standings" is not a clickable button, it just prompts you to click on "STANDINGS" on the left (hence the arrows..)
It's what you see when you have never ckecked your credits before
Once you have clicked on "STANDINGS", then "update my AwardsPage", you will only see "xxx credits needed for yyy"
That's what I did on almost all your awards, I just left 2 eWAC endorsements for you to see how it works I admit that it's a tedious task but it has to be done to get your awards credits, from the start

Thank you! You said that as a Silver member there is another forum for support I could use in the future?
