I did the monthy payment of $20 so now I am a platinum member. I can not find anywhere to stop the auto pay? I have paid $40 over my $200 not a big deal but I need to get it stopped. Can I apply the $40 to an award? I have tried to email support but no response.

Hi,

We cannot do this for you, because we do not have control over your PayPal account

Have a look at the old FAQ's :

TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS TO eQSL.cc:
Log into PayPal
Look for the payment in the Account Activity table right there in the middle of the page. Or if you don't see the payment, click on the "Account History: Payments Sent" hyperlink, and then look.

If you still don’t see the payment, click on History -> Basic Search, and select Show: "Payments Sent" and Within: "The Past Year")

Find the payment to eQSL.cc in the table of payments sent
Click on the hyperlinked "Details"

This will bring up the Transaction Details page
Click on the hyperlinked "In Reference To" number

This will bring up the Subscription Details page
At the very bottom is a "Cancel Subscription" button
Click that, and the subscription is terminated.

Yes, you could use these 40$ for award plaques, plates, printed eQSL's etc...
