Why does JTAlert's "QSOMessage" no longer transfer log history to eqsl.cc from September 15, 2020 afternoon JST? It's a hassle because I have to enter the information manually every time.

Ask in the JTALERT forum......see your JTALERT settings
https://hamapps.groups.io/ eQSL only accepts <QSLMSG>, not <COMMENT> There has been no recent change old FAQ : The ADIF tag COMMENT is used for private comments about the QSO. We found out a decade ago that people did NOT want those comments disclosed on their cards! The ADIF tag QSLMSG is designed to be used for QSL Card Comments.
