i have 51states(?) and applied for the eWAS certificate. I never received the approval. I applied again and this was refused as a second request. Where is the original? No email acknowledgement or certificate? Site moderator has no suggestions. Can it be resent?

HI,

I don't know about the approval e-mail but one thing is sure : you are approved for the eWAS 51 states 17 march 2021

you can't apply a second time. Just download your certificate in the award page

you can't apply again from (eventual) attached accounts, rule 3b

for any problem, please contact the award manager.

Thanks! I Found it! It was in another account.
I did not realize that the awards could be on different accounts. I thought the awards were a summation of All accounts. Do you have to look at each account? Its confusing!

No , you can apply from any attached account, BUT ONLY ONCE for each level, endorsement !!!

and :

3a. If an applicant is combining credits from multiple attached accounts, the account used for the application must have earned at least one (1) of the credits

also read read rule 3b :

3b. For any given number of credits, this eAward can only be earned once per applicant, regardless of attached callsigns. Exceptions may be made by request to the AwardMaster for cases of permanent callsign change or permanent QTH relocation, etc. (This rule is made to discourage applicants from applying repeatedly at the same level with every one of their attached callsigns.)

Note : for the awards I manage, I don't make any exception
