I'm interested in ordering either the walnut plaque or the upcoming glass plates. Problem is that even though my settings show my country as USA (just what the box specifies to do to avoid International rates), the plaques show a price that seems relatively high. When I check on the box that says something like 'why this rate' I get the following message:

The Country in your merchanise account is instead of USA, so you do not qualify for the domestic shipping rate

I originally was KB7SIP and now am K3RW. I just checked with both accounts, both say "USA" with no extra spaces, etc.

What do I need to do to fix the issue?

You did not confirm the postal adress in your postage/merchandise account

Check,again, it should be OK now
