Every time I go to claim a QSL it gives to options. Front or back and each wants $2. What happened or how can I change a setting that prevents this from happening.

Hi,
If you click on the enveloppe, the link reads : "click to mail to yourself", in other words, to have a paper EQSL sent via postal mail.
