Help!

I use AcLog 3.0

Yesterday, my motherboard on PC gave up. A couple of capacitors leaked and subsequently ruined the whole running of PC and assorted programs.

One of these programs is the above mentioned AClog which i've used since 2004, and very good it is;)

However, i lost my whole logbook program too, as well as everything else.

There were over 3000 contacts in the logbook at last check...i always backed up the logbook, but never onto to disk. doh!.... I just ran the program from the start menu and backed up from there every so often..

Last October (2006), i uploaded my whole logbook to eqsl. I'm wondering if my last upload to eqsl is still available and if so, is there any way i can transfer that upload back to my new PC setup?

Yours confused, and un-PC savvy

Col,

Are you sure that it's not just your motherboard that's broken? In 99.999999 percent of cases like this all other hardware continues to work just fine - in another PC.

Have you tried accessing your hard disk from another PC? Very easy to try, if you haven't already....
