Rich, only the eQSLs that you recieve go into your archive. My inbox only averages about 15% of what is in my outbox. Would be nice if that were better, but.......... In your inbox there is check box to the right of each eQSL you get. If you click in there and then hit the 'Move all checked eQSLs to the archive' button, that will move your recieved cards to the archive. I suggest to display and then either print or save the cards to a eQSL picture file on your PC before you archive them. Hope that helps.

Hi Rich, in my system, which I hope is the same as everyone else's here, I have a 'box' at the right hand side of the notification area that you can 'tick' or click on it and it will put a tick in it. Then underneath there is a box that says something like Move checked qsl's to the Archive' or something like that, if you click on that then ALL the esl's that you have ticked will be moved into the archive. If you have dealt with all of your eqsl's then there is a box marked tick all eqsl's, or something similar, tick that box and then move all ticked eqsl's to archive and they will ALL go at once. Hope that helps 73

Hans,
The only way (that I know of) you can have dupes in your Archive is if you have dupes in your OutBox. You can check for dupes in your OutBox using the 'Dupes' link at the top of the OutBox page. Did you manualy 'Confirm' some of those? You can delete from your OutBox if they have not been Archived by the other ham, but you can not delete from your Archive.
