applied for an award but got the below email back, Have no idea how to find CROSS POSTINGS in My Out Box. Can someone help??

My call sign changed to W2ECK a few years ago
I see the link, how to know whether it is scanning for my old or present callsign?

It is scanning for any attached account, whatever the callsign you search from, previous or current
