Paid the $3 for Authenticity Guaranteed and have still not received the postcard with the code on it. Now what????????

Still nothing. I funded the $3 as instructed so I could receive the postcard with the code so I could get Authenticity Guaranteed and never received the postcard. Now the $3 shows it has been used. I do not want to get any paper QSL cards . So now what do I do??????
