This is the situation. I will try to keep it as much to the point as possible.
I have an old account K6EZY. I upgraded my license and got a new call sign N5EZE. I set up an account for the new account. Every time I try to upload a log to N5EZE I get the following error for each entry YYYYMMDD=20070619 13:27 DATE/TIME outside profile - Login to different account I have emailed support 3 days in a row and haven’t received any response. How did you set up the new account. Did you check the dates for your new account. It sounds like those dates are outside the dates of your log entries.
Do you have a differnet log for your new account or are are you uploading qso's from your old callsign as well. I would take a look at the ADIF file before you upload it and see what the date range in that file is. Mark N1UK G3ZZM N9HJV Mark Robinson |
