My own old coutry Czechoslovakia was divided into two new countries - Czech and Slovak republics. It happened on Jan, 1st, 1992. Why the eQSL from OK1, from the year of 1991, is marked "Czech rep." - not "Czechoslovakia"?

Something like this I saw regarding UA2/RA2. Everybody knows that it counts for Kaliningrad. On eQSL the name of this entity sounds like European Russia.

I have just received 2 confirmating eQSLs from IK6IKJ with the same date and time (duplicated) and both are from European Russia too. It seems that the eQSL team preffers this country
