How long time does it take to change membership to "Silver"? Two days ago I transferred money, received e-mail confirmation (Order ID: VUGF2AB907E5) but up to now no change. Is there anybody who checks transfers or everything should run automatically?

Not sure how long it takes, I think about 2 days. But they had trouble with the system the other day so that may have delayed it. If you see no change in 2 more days, I would use the 'Help!' link above and let them know. The administrators respond more quickly there.
