In 2008 IARU HF contest Ukrainian National Team will work call-sign EM5HQ.
QSL manager in this year appointed UR5EAW (Alexander Shevchenko). All QSL will be 100% sent via QSL bureau. For conducting more of 4-QSO with the station EM5HQ the special certificate is sent. EM5HQ HQ UARL |

It sounds like you are not going to use eQSL or LoTW for confirmations. That is too bad. It would have been so much easier and faster using electronic QSLs. For those that do not use those services, you can still use the Bureau. Think about it for the next time.
