I have changed QTH but cannot change home county. Help.

Jeff,
If you changed counties, you should have gotten an updated FCC license after you told them of your address change. I think, you will then have to add a new account with your new QTH (don't overlap the dates) and resubmit a copy of your new license to eQSL to get AG'd again.
