Hi All
I joined EQSL three days ago and donated $30 for Silver membership I did this to customize my QSL card, however I uploaded a PNG file which I saved as a JPG and the system rejected that card, I've contacted the Support but still I can't access the card design page, any help/assistance would be much appreciated to correct/rectify this problem. If I remeber, the graphic file that you upload can not be larger than 320X240 or 528 x 336 pixel GIF or JPG background graphic. The instructions will tell you how large. Maybe the file was too large?

The file was in fact a PNG type and I attempted to save it a JPG and that is where the problem exist, I still can't access the qsl card design section and I must now assume that the Webmaster haven't fixed this problem. 73 Andre ZS1IL Andre |

Andre,
Try using the Help! link above and tell them your problem. I usually have good results with it. Sometimes the Administrators do not have time to read all the new posts right away. Make sure the picture format and size is correct. Did you actually convert your file to jpg or did you just rename the suffix file type? 73 Andy - n1ork N1ORK Orest 'Andy' Zajac |

Gents who are responsible for help/assistance regading fixing problems on this website, I posted mail for help/assistance abt three ago and needless to say still waiting for help, very frustrating because I need to reply to my QSL cards thats waitning for me and this was the main reason joining EQSL and signed as a Silver member.
