Are you sure your email works 100%, that your inbox is not full at times. If the EQSL server has sent you mails, has made tests for valid emails...some mails must have bounced back. I have not received yet any your email ?!?! I have changed email address. I have seen there are 3 check hole inside my personal info, near the email address: O ICONS O java script O simple txt I used and marked the first: ICONS. Maybe could depend from it? I don't know what happens with your E-mails adresses... Try to send me a mail with the EQSL links or to mycallsign@orange.fr and I will reply. The choices you mention don't have any influence on this E-mail problem.
